I am Jay Kuri and I founded IonZero on the belief that good software is not impossible to build. I have been in the technology industry for more than 15 years. In that time I have seen many broken organizations and failed systems. I have seen people trying to use technology to solve non-technical problems and I have seen too many bad pieces of software built and foisted upon the customer at huge expense.
Every day I see bad software, the restaurant register system that takes 25 button presses to indicate the dish you want, the shopping cart that provides no feedback, the web login system that allows you to sneak into another users account by changing a field in your URL bar or cookie. This is all broken and it is often sold at a high price. We hate using bad software, so when we are writing software we make sure it is right.
People deserve something better. Good software is not impossible. It just can’t be created without thinking about who is going to use it and what their job is like. That’s what we do. It’s a better way to develop software and your company deserves that choice.
